3.4 Restore Audio is not responsible for future or underlying faults unrelated to the work carried out.Turnaround Time
4.1 Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
4.2 Delays may occur due to part availability, supplier times, workload, or additional faults found during repair.Shipping, Packaging & Insurance
5.1 Shipments arranged by Restore Audio are fully insured for the full value of the equipment, provided the customer meets the packaging requirements below.
5.2 To qualify for insurance coverage, the item must be packaged securely, including: a strong, undamaged cardboard box suitable for the item’s weight; 5–10 cm padding on all sides; no loose internal movement; adequate protection for jog wheels, screens, faders and fragile components; proper sealing with strong tape; and no weak points or damaged boxes.
5.3 Customers must provide photos of the equipment inside the box before sealing, showing full wrapping/protection, padding on all sides, and the box before closing. These must be supplied if a courier damage claim is made.
5.4 Any damage in transit must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the equipment.
5.5 Restore Audio is not liable for poor packaging by the customer, damage from inadequate padding or unsuitable boxes, pre-existing issues, items lost/damaged when the customer arranges their own courier, or damage reported after 24 hours.
5.6 If damage occurs during a shipment arranged by Restore Audio and the customer followed all packaging/evidence rules, Restore Audio will assist in submitting the insurance claim.
5.7 All outbound shipments from Restore Audio are packed appropriately and insured unless the customer explicitly requests uninsured shipping.Payments
